Crave Cookies Online Ordering: Terms of Use

These terms cover ordering from Crave Cookies at eat.cravecookies.com (the "Ordering Site"). By placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Ordering Site.

Who you're buying from

Crave Cookies, LLC ("Crave," "we," "us") runs the Ordering Site. Most Crave stores are independently owned and operated by franchisees. When you order, your order is placed with the store you select, and that store prepares and fulfills it. The store's name and address are shown before you pay.

Prices, menu and availability

Menus, prices, hours and availability are set by each store and can differ from store to store. Our menu changes often. We show the price for your order, including taxes and any fees, before you pay. If an item runs out after you order, the store may contact you, offer a substitute, or refund that item.

Payment

Payments are processed by Square. We don't see or store your full card number. Your card is charged when you place your order. Apple Pay and major credit and debit cards are accepted where shown.

Tips

You can add an optional tip at checkout for pickup or delivery. All tips go to the store you order from. Tips are not paid to delivery couriers.

Pickup

Pickup times are estimates. Please bring the name on the order. If you're unable to pick up your order, contact the store as soon as you can.

Delivery

Delivery is available only at participating stores and within their delivery area. Delivery is performed by third-party couriers arranged through our delivery partner. The delivery fee and estimated arrival are shown before you pay. Arrival times are estimates and can change because of traffic, weather or courier availability. Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone can receive the order.

Cancellations, problems and refunds

Because orders are made fresh, orders generally can't be changed or canceled once the store starts preparing them. If something is missing, wrong or damaged, contact the store or reach us at https://cravecookies.com/pages/contact within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund for the affected items. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Rewards

If you join Crave Rewards, you earn one point for every dollar you spend, and points don't expire. You can redeem points for cookies or merch as shown at https://cravecookies.com/pages/loyalty. Points have no cash value, can't be transferred, and the program may change.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number for order updates, we may text you about that order. If you opt in to marketing texts, we may send you offers. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is not required to buy.

Allergens

Every cookie is baked in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts, and tree nuts. We can't guarantee any item is free of allergens. Allergen information is shown on each item.

Using the Ordering Site

Please don't misuse the Ordering Site, place fraudulent orders, or try to interfere with how it works. We may cancel orders or restrict access for fraud, abuse or suspected misuse, including orders to blocked delivery addresses.

Disclaimers and limits

The Ordering Site is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, Crave and its franchisees are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continuing to order after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
